I think there is a small chip in the horn.

The reason for the lower price is a lack of interest IMO "No Bids" yet.

Lack of interest driven by obscurity/lack of popular knowledge.

If 604 enthusiasts knew the history and association of the Crawford name i suspect the price would need another digit.

Yep,,, When I found the unit I thought It was reworked by some amateur and put his own label..^^
